Since the 1960s, Julio Le Parc has been experimenting with movable elements, light, and form. He explores abstract concepts such as instability and probability. He is a painter, sculptor, and pioneer of Kinetic and Op Art; his work explores light, movement, reflection, perceptual illusion, and viewer participation; he is the creator of light installations, mobiles, projected/reflected light works, distorting mirrors, labyrinths, and interactive play rooms.
