Fairouz Nouri is a curator, art mediator, and culture worker. Since 2022, she has developed her practice in the Tunisian public art projects INTERFERENCE in Tunis and SEE DJERBA in Houmt Souk/Djerba. Since 2024, she has been involved in international projects on the African continent and in Europe. Her work is dedicated to making contemporary art accessible in public and non-institutional contexts.
She mentors young practitioners and co-designs horizontal learning structures that merge theory, fieldwork, and collective authorship. Grounded in Tunisian social and political realities, her work weaves local specificity with transnational networks, positioning curating as both an aesthetic and civic act that invites reflection, dialogue, and shared responsibility for place.
